Martin Atta-Fynn
Martin is a partner with Afri-Consult and is the immediate past Consulting Leader in Deloitte Ghana Practice. He has been with Deloitte Consulting for over 20 years where for the most part he was charged with the responsibility of providing direction for Human Capital, Information and Communications Technology and Strategy and Operations for Deloitte initially in Ghana and then East African Region. Martin has acquired a wealth of experience in developing and implementing Human Capital systems on Deloitte Consulting projects within Africa.
Martin was also responsible for the development of training for Consulting in Deloitte Africa Region. He is an accredited Deloitte Facilitator, and delivers train the trainer sessions dubbed Facilitating for DTT. He is certified in the use of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) assessment tool.
Prior to setting up Afri-Consult, Martin was the Chief Operating Officer for Stratcomm Africa where he was involved in several stakeholder and communication strategy projects including strategy projects for LOGODEP in the western region, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Energy and the Ghana Aids Commission. He also helped to develop and implement a communication and media plan for the Hershies in the cocoa indstry.
With Deloitte he has helped several companies develop and manage their corporate, marketing or people strategies
Some of his clients includes – FHI 360, Pyxera Global, AGRA, Africa Union, Tanzania Electricity company, Bank of Uganda, Ashanti Gold Fields Company, Kenya Tea Packers, Umeme Uganda, Eskom Uganda, Diamond Bank Oxfam, Care International to name a few.
Leslie Wanye
Leslie has over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, financial management, enterprise risk management services, internal control implementations, accounting and auditing for the Federal Government, Local Government, Non-for-Profit Organizations and Private Sector. His expertise includes recruitment, succession planning, policy and procedures, business diagnosis & process improvement, talent management solutions, skills assessment and organisational design.
His functional expertise includes Organisational Development,talent Management Solutions – Resourcing, Management and Development), Strategy Facilitation and Development, Policy and Process Design, Service optimization and Business diagnostic and process improvement
Leslie has conducted several strategy engagements and project managed business process Organisational review and redesign projects as well as Corporate Governance Review and Redesign; Development of Grading Structure; development of a human capital plan
Working with CHOBI limited he has recently concluded a research feasibility study for implementing strategies within the cocoa industry.
Frank Twumasi
Frank is Management Consultant and a Certified Trainer with the UN/ILO program Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) . His expertise include the use of Information Technology (IT) and Science with Business Process Optimization procedures to ensure business goals are analyzed, KPI’s and Metrics developed and linked to shop floor activities. Value Stream Mapping of organizational processes, removal of process waste to improve process efficiency leading to reduced operational expenses and increased profits. Implementation of technology to ensure processes that have been made lean achieve improvement in speed of delivery.
Frank has developed training materials on Practical Management for SME’s, Process Improvement for Viable but failing enterprises and as a SCORE trainer trained various SME’s in Workplace Cooperation, 5S, Metrics development and tracking to ensure business success.
As an Associate Director of Process Excellence with Dr. Reddy’s Lab in Princeton, he was responsible for analysis of business processes and development of improvement strategies to reduce corporate process waste and implementation of IT.
As an IT specialist he was responsible for Global Clinical System Implementation for General Electric (GE), Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), Quintiles among others.
A former Research and Development (R&D) Scientist with Merck and Co. Inc. he was responsible for the extraction of active ingredients for drug formulation..
He was a south NJ SCORE (US government Small Business Administration) Business Consultant., advising entrepreneurs’ on setting up their business and improving processes.
Frank was trained by General Electric(GE) in Project Management, Lean and certified as a Six Sigma Green, Certified Oracle DBA, has an MBA and MIM from the University of Maryland UC and a BS in Biochemistry from KN University of Science and Technology.
Frank is registered with and provided consulting service for the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) and National Board for Small Scale industries (NBSSI).
Jacob Larbi
Jacob Larbi is an experienced Organisational Development facilitator with over 20 years of experience working in the social development sector. He has led on several large scale institutional capacity assessments, training and mentoring assignments both in Ghana and Sierra Leone for countless International NGOs, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and government agencies.
He was the Lead Consultant on assessing training needs and developing training and mentoring guidelines / plan for partners in Sierra Leone. Led in training trainers and facilitating/supervising downstream capacity building sessions. Developed Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) schedule including the indicators to measure the impact of the training and mentoring
Jacob Larbi has for several years been the focal point for technical training design and facilitation of training and team building for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in health interventions delivery and several governmental structures like Regional Coordination Councils and District Health Management Teams across the regions of Ghana
Jacob has worked with and for organisations such as FHI360, UNAIDS, PATH, Palladium, National Population Council, National AIDS Secretariat (Sierra Leone) and Ghana AIDS Commission.
